TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here are our terms and conditions and we always advise clients to have a read through.

 

1. BOOKING A HOLIDAY

 

A holiday booking is made between Bull Invest AG – Chalet Bull and the signatory of your booking confirmation must be 24 years of age (‘you’). All correspondence should be addressed to Chalet Bull, Moosweg 24, 3920 Zermatt.

 

2. CONFIRMATION

 

The confirmation is agreed when confirmation it is writen, and it will then exists between you and Chalet Bull.

 

3. BALANCE PAYMENT

 

Full payment of the balance as shown on your confirmation invoice is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival. If the payment is not received at this point, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

 

4. AMENDMENTS

 

All alterations must be confirmed in writing and will come into effect on the day they are received by Chalet Bull.

Chalet Bull shall not be liable for any refund should we or you be forced to cancel or change your holiday due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, pandamics, terrorism, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, pandamic, adverse weather, governmental action, government travel restrictions due to health reasons and similar events beyond our control.

 

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Policy when renting all apartments ( chalet booking)

Should you wish to cancel your booking for whatever reason, this should also be made in writing and will come into effect on the day Chalet Bull receives the written notification.

12 weeks before your arrival any payment for rental shall be payed back 85%. The deposit of 15% is non refundable also during a pandamic.

After 12 weeks prior to your arrival, there will be no refund

 

Cancellation policy on suites ( not valid for chalet bookings)

Should you wish to cancel your booking for whatever reason, this should also be made in writing and will come into effect on the day Chalet Bull receives the written notification.

4 weeks before your arrival any payment for rental shall be payed back 100%.

After 4 weeks prior to your arrival, there will be no refund

 

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your group have adequate medical and travel insurance and also any visas required for entry to Switzerland and Italy.

You will be responsible for all losses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of any member of your party. Chalet Bull reserves the right to terminate your holiday if , your, or a member of your group’s behaviour as  being antisocial and unacceptable, in particular noice after 22.00 pm. In this instance you shall have no right to a refund for your holiday or any expenses incurred due to the termination of your vacation.

Included in this contract is your guarantee of payment for chargeable services requested by any of your guests, before, during or after your holiday.
You accept that you ski and enjoy other winter sports at your own risk within the restrictions imposed by the resort or other authorities. We are not responsible for your actions and these restrictions.

 

8. INSURANCE

It is the condition of every booking that each member of your party is covered by personal holiday insurance, and that the policy covers you adequately for winter sports, third party risks and costs incurred from damage to property or adjacent properties during your stay caused by you or any member of your

 

9. TRANSPORT

 Any resort taxi transfers offered or organised by Chalet Bull during your stay is accepted at your own risk.

 

10. SECURITY DEPOSIT during high season

Guests will be asked to provide a security deposit of 15 % f the total amount on the day of the booking. This deposit if non refundable for high season weeks.

 

11. GENERAL

No smoking is permitted inside or outside the Chalet Bull property.

No noise that can be in incionvenience to other guests between 22.00 pm  amd 07.00 am.   Zermatt rules and regulations about music and laud voices after 10pm in the evening, needs to be respected.

 

These Chalet Bull standard terms and conditions shall apply to all Chalet Bull bookings unless otherwise expressly agreed for in writing with Chalet Bull.
